Q: What is a safety recall? Safety recalls include any problem encountered with an FCA US product related to the safe operation of the vehicle or the safety of the occupants. FCA US LLC will correct the problem, at no charge, even if the vehicle is out of warranty and you are not the original owner.
Q: Once the recall is completed, what is the warranty on the repair if the recalled component fails again? If there is a subsequent failure, we will review the situation and if, in fact, it is for the same condition as the recall, FCA US will repair the vehicle for free.
Q: I've paid for a similar repair and/or incurred expenses related to a recall. Am I eligible for a reimbursement? Owners may visit www.fcarecallreimbursement.com to submit your reimbursement request online. You can also mail your original receipts and proof of payment to the following mailing address:
